Dynamic lists are lists of contacts that are automatically generated using a set of conditions relating to information stored about those contacts.

Shout Out!'s managed or user-defined fields capability allows you to create user-defined fields (check boxes, text fields, edit boxes, dropdown list, etc.) that may be included in your website's subscription form, allowing you to capture additional information about your website opt-in contacts. This information is also used for the creation of dynamic lists, allowing you to automatically create lists based on a set or subset of this data.

For dynamic list opt-in/opt-out management, i.e. lists that are automatically generated based on a list of conditions, opting out of dynamic list is permanent until that contact either opts back in from their profile web form or via the website

Group or filter individual email addresses and SMS numbers according to previously collected data in order to create additional, specifically focused and targeted distribution lists.
