Easy-to-use, wizard-based mailout process makes sending a mailout a simple task, providing you with many options to manage opt-in permission management and the sending of messages of different types to multiple recipients.

Shout Out includes options to schedule a new mailout to multiple lists/groups or to send a new, quick mailout. Scheduled mailouts to multiple groups with large numbers of recipients are delivered incrementally in 'bursts', which helps to reduce mailouts being identified or classified as Spam or 'denial of service' attacks from receiving mail servers, thereby increasing the probability that mailouts will be successfully delivered.

The Shout Out Mailout Manager also provides options to search between a date range and to show referral mailouts, i.e. mailouts that have been sent as a result of a referral by an existing opt-in client, as well.
